He embarassed me in front of my friends and family. Should I give him a second chance?

Okay so I meet this guy who was really sweet, we have lots in common and everything our first date went really well we had lots to talk about. But the next day he made a really innappropriate comment about naked pictures involving himself very publicly and my family and friends could see I took a great deal of offense to this. I told him I didn't want to talk any more. But he keeps asking for a second chance. Should I give him another chance or no?
