A little cushion. I love it and i let him know it. with me he hardly touches me, he will tell me nice things i want to hear in bed, but it seems he doesn't like what he sees. I'm not overweight i've been told i look more in my forty's then fifty's. i would hate to think its going to be like this in the future. he is a little overweight and take meds for his diabetesplease advise
