 it may be because you see him more than you used to and he thinks oh well i will see her tomz. Talk to him and ask him why he doesnt call you back. Good luck x

 Maybe , he saw you more often now and there is no more need to call more often.
Or you can call him more often if you need to talk to him.
It does not matter who calls first.
