writes:this boy has been going out with his girlfriend an few months now, and has cheated on her twice with me, and a bit with a couple of others. yes he's a cheat, but she knows about the others and they are happy together.i told my friends about it, somehow it got out.everyone knows but we are just denying it, is this the right thing to do?i'm not doing it to save my own back, i want them to be together and not split up over me.if i come out and tell the truth now, they will hate me, they will hate boy, and the boy will hate me too.what should i do?

 Unless the girl is your close friend, you are not in a position to say much. A relationship is between two people, so he should be the one to tell, not you.
You say his girlfriend knows about his cheating up to a level. Then the ball is already in her court.
Your only worry should be this: what are you doing sleeping with a boy who you know has a girlfriend?
We are only responsable for our own actions, so we should concentrate on behaving a way in which we can respect ourselves.
Looking at other peoples lives often blinds us to our own.
So don't worry about them! If she is a close friend, talk to her and make sure that she is happy, if you can.
Try not to talk about her behind her back, because that can hurt more than a boyfriend who sleeps around!

 Even if you tell the truth, will they believe you? They might call you sour grapes. Let his new g/f find out herself.
Since, you don't want them to hate you, just deny everything. You only heard from the grapevine. Allow them to believe whatever they want. You will be an angel.
