 He probably is, or was used to, masturbating A LOT, and can't reproduce by intercourse the firm grip ,and speed, of his own hand. He got himself trained to respond to a certain specific kind of stimulation, so with a different one, as pleasant as it is, it takes him longer.

i go to gym and work out a lot and weights will boost your testosterone production but for me i find its all about a frame of mind.. if i am crazy turned on i will get there really quick while if im not really in the mood i can go forever so my advice would be to get him as turned on as possible if that means teasing him a little beforehand wearing sexy outfits and maybe giving him some oral sex

Some guys can just last longer than others. My boyfriend lasts about that long, even longer. Try different positions or oral sex. Maybe he masturbates too much.
