writes: Hello.I have recently made friends with a gay man,and I feel like i have a crush on him !.he looks alot like the actor,Tom Felton,from the Harry Potter films ,who i also have a crush on.He could be his identical twin !!.I know it's probably not worth mentioning this to him since he is gay,and it feel kind of strange that i have a crush on a guy who doesnt like women,lol.What should i do,and do you think this crush will pass ?.I don't know him very well as a person yet as we have only recently made friends.Have any other females here ever fancied a gay guy ?.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 April 2009): Yes! When I was in 11th grade I had a HUGE crush on my best friend's older brother. I tried every way in the world to "convert" that boy! He was flattered but at the end of the day he was a gay man. He just wasn't going to be attracted to me in that way. We laughed about it and became great friends. One thing about him, he became my shopping bud and I sure looked GREAT!!! He was brilliant that way! Enjoy your friendship and know that he no more can help what team he bats for than you. Take care!
