 Can't imagine why the number of fingers utilized would matter, but masturbation and rapid release might possibly cause a premature ejaculation issue in the future when having normal sexual relations with a partner.
Nevertheless, most everyone masturbates throughout life, if only to relieve momentary sexual tension, and it is perfectly normal. But masturbation is kind of a lonely affair, and a sexual relationship with a partner is much more satisfying.
