A female Australia age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have a wonderful 3 yr relationship but we are from different countries (Australia and Canada). We have spent the last 2 yrs living and working between each country. We've reached the point where we want a permanent home rather than the transient lifestyle. The trouble is that neither of us wants to be away from our family and friends. I love him dearly and don't want to lose him but know that I won't be happy living in his country. I would really like advise from anyone who has been in the same situation.

rockelle agony auntI haven't been in your situation but I think that if you are not willing to relocate and neither is he what are you going to do? Someone has to make the sacrifice for the relationship or you have to end it.

Good Luck
