Neither term is particularly flattering, and both refer to the actions of a selfish narcissist.I suspect that your actions have less to do with sexual need - you say that you have a "good" sex life with your wife already, and most men would be satisfied with that - and more to do with proving to yourself how virile you are.Nothing I can write will change your mind, of course, but I do hope that you're using a condom each and every time you have sex with someone else. Your wife has suffered enough.
