writes:It's a long story, but I'm gonna try to make it short as possible, there's a guy that I like so much, I've liked him for almost 2 years, and he likes me too. We are both in college, and he always sits behind me in class and tries to find any excuse to talk to me, and all my friends tell me that he stares at me all the time. But the problem is that we are both a little bit shy, so we didn't talk to each other that much, but he asked me to hang out with him one day and we talked like for 3 hours, and it was like really amazing.Anyway, the problem is that yesterday was the last day of college so I was hoping that we are gonna hang out together or something like that, but he just left after the exam so I didn't get the chance to talk to him. I mean I just don't get it if he really likes me, then why would he leave that fast? Even though like 2 days ago he kept staring at me like for 10 minutes (I wasn't looking at him but my friend told me that) so now I don't know if I'm gonna see him ever again, and I don't even have his #, and my friends told me that he didn't talk to me yesterday because he probably thinks that he doesn't have any chance with me or something (i never really did anything to let him know that i like him)So,guys what should i do ? I really like this guy soooooooooo much. Do u think that there's still some hope or I should give up on the whole thing, and if you think that I should let it go, then how? Please any advice, I'm really depressed ,and today I woke up crying so..........because it really hurts so much and I just feel so lonely without him. I can't believe that I'll never see him again or talk to him, and what hurts the most is that I'm the one who hurt his feelings. I just cant forget about him and there's so many memories................Pleaaaaaase can anyone help me? I mean we liked each other and everything. So what went wrong?Thanks, I appreciate any advice. Please no rude answers.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 July 2011): Are either of you on Facebook? Maybe add him as a friend and say something like, "Hey! We had a great year in _____ class. How was that exam? I thought it was pretty hard, but I think it went OK. What are you doing this summer?"
Start up a conversation with him. You making a move shows him that he has a chance with you.
Did you graduate, or is college over just for the summer?
