 Not everyone experience extreme sensitivity to a degree where they can't handle more - so for some it is virtually straight away. Actually who says a woman even has to stop at all because she has come? That said, probably dont expect to get too much sense out of her for a while if you don't lol. It can have a tendency to make ya lose the plot and and scatter your head temporarily - but in a good way :-)I do know other women tho that have extreme sensitivity that is virtually painful and require 15-30 minutes time out. Guess it depends on the person.

 That depends on the woman, some can(want) keep right on going, some can have multiple orgasms and some become so sensitive that any stimulation hurts instead.
