 You two first need a lot of education about sex, of which you are sorely lacking. Orgasms and squirting are not synonymous, and very few women ever squirt more than a little ooze (in some cases) that usually goes unnoticed. And relaxing the PC muscle is the exact opposite of the usual desired technique. You guys are totally numb in the head!

The pee feeling is often associated with an orgasm, but it's her body, and if she doesn't want to let go, that's her choice. I guess it's about the fear of what MIGHT happen. Men can't ejaculate and pee at the same time, but women can - it might actually be pee.
Why not do it in the bathroom next time... she may feel more comfortable letting go there since it'd be easier to clean up.
Just comfort and encourage her. Don't pressure her. If/when she wants to do it, she will!
