She's doing it because she enjoying having the power over you to do that.
It's a control thing and it's not very nice.
Tell her that you REALLY hate it when she does it, and if she does it then walk away. Don't give her the satisfaction of being able to watch you.
Then when she comes to find you tell her that you don't want to be with someone who tries to hurt you and make you feel bad.
Once she sees it's not fun any more, then she'll stop and if she doesn't then dump her as it's not worth the pain.

Do things that will make her jealous of you, turn the role around on her just for a week. Don't tell her what your up to until the week is up, and make sure that you flirt just a little more than she does to catch her attention. Shes not going to stop unless she gets a taste of the samething. Do this and if she doesn't get it then leave her, but I think she might.

 Feeling jealous sucks. Especially when it's explicitly to make you feel so.However, I don't think you're telling us enough information to properly dissect the situation. Either she's doing stuff that would make any man jealous or you could just be an overly jealous boyfriend.Those are the two extremes to the situation, so I can't say either is right. I think before anyone here can give you clear direction on what you can do, you need to provide us with more details. Please reply with some examples.
