 You can only answer that. Are you starting to see him more of a friend? maybe he feels the same as you?? Or it could just be that you are very good friends. You need to ask yourself how you feel first and if you are starting to like him, then maybe you should mention it to him. People probably assume you are bf and gf if you are constantly txting and ringing each othe anyway.
