 okay i dont think there would be a problem with this, if you are really self conscious i would suggest concealer [not as thick and gloopy as foundation :P]
dont worry about this guy just see how things progress

Just be polite and nice...If he is interested on you, he'll be nice too...And probably he'll be thankful that you talked. If he doesn't like you, well...there's only one way to know..go talk to him!
