I think youll need to compromise with your father here about rules on seeing your BF. If the sex occurred in his house without his knowing, I could understand his frustration. However, he shouldnt bar you from seeing your BF and instead should maybe find ground rules for you two while youre in his home. It is indeed his house and his rules but that doesnt mean you two cant work out an agreement of some sort. He prob needs to know that you have taken precaution with the intimacy and that u use protection and arent being careless. Usually that is the case with teenagers and giving him reassurance youre handling business properly will possibly help him to trust you. Good luck.
