Fallen in love with "Best Bud" and he is leaving. Should I tell him?

i think i am falling for my bestbud..

it's been 2 years.. i started to care more than i should.. i dont want to lose him..

he is showing he cares for me.. jokes that he loves me..

i know he loves someone..

its so hard when what he is showing is different than i know.. he is leaving.. i can do nothing but cry,. he is important for me..

i dont want to lose him..

should i tell him what i feel??!

He loves you too because there is truth in joking. He is probably just doing the average guy thing and maybe has trouble being direct about.
