He was aiming the ball at me and pulled his arm back but then stared in my eyes for like 4 seconds he gave me a flirty smile and threw at someone else. Then on the bus he told me to sit with him. But we hardly talked. He just kept glancing at me every once in a while. Then when he got off the bus he said, bye Kim. And he NEVER says bye and I sit by hima alot! Even if I say bye first. Maybe he broke up with his gf idk I just wanna know if he still likes me! Thank you!

This not knowing if a guy likes you? Get used to it, it is a big part of the romance businesses.
The other thing you have going on is this guy is 13 to 15 years old. He is immature, much more so than you. He may have wanted to talk to you on the bus but couldn't or could not think of what to say. In general boys are less mature than girls. Some people claim this difference goes away with age but I know a lot of men in their 20's, 30's, 40's or older who are still less mature than you. So you need to get used to this as well.
Anyway the important question for you now is not if he likes you but if you like him. You should not be like most girls your age and be interested in him only if you know that he likes you. You need find a boy you like (who does not have a girlfriend) and start learning the age old art of using your feminine wiles to get him interested in you. It is easier than you think, although you will make a few miss steps as you learn. Start by saying hi and smiling at him as you walk away. Get him to start wondering if you like him, not the other way around. Find a topic he is interested in and ask him a question about, to get a conversation started. Be friendly and nice and try to talk to him for a least a few minutes each day. Try to admire him but don't over do it; you can use it as a reward to him if he does something you want him to do, like start a conversation with you or askes you out.
