Does the pill still work if you vomit?

i have started taking the pill and just had a question. i know the pill is not effective if you vomit while taking it but what if you vomit during the 7 pill free days does this have any effect on protection.Do i just wait until the 7 days are over and start my new pack.? it does say anything in the leaflet about this.
