 From the sound of it, hes obviously interested! Let him make the first move though! Just act flirty but not slutty! Just be extra nice and like bump his hand with yours and things like that! Show interest im his interests, that will help alot because if he knows you like for example fishing and he likes fishing, he will more than likely ask you to go with him which is perfect! He will eventually get the hint and make a move!
