I was wondering does a number of partners or amount of sex a girl has change the appearance of the vagina? Example... if you were to watch a porno you would notice that it looks rather loose, the lips are spread apart more. Is that just because vaginas come in all shapes and sizes or can that really change the way they look?

 If we were to determine whether the shape of a vagina changes due to intercourse, we would need to record how the vagina in question was at a certain point in time, do "the science" of having a woman sleep with many men, and then "record" the changes. I believe, however, that it's easier to sort of have the hunch that we can't tell how many men a woman has been with.
I remember that, when I was a kid, some of my pals held as true that you could know whether a girl whas a virgin by checking whether her vagina had a "hole". You could also tell whether a woman had had her breasts sucked and fondled because they were "saggy". Now that I am older, I wonder where these guys got that information from, or how they did the "baseline" study :-).
I sort of smell that the real problem is one of trust. It seems that someone, maybe not you, poster, wants to determine how many men a woman has been with, and he senses she wouldn't tell him the truth if he just asked. He needs to know by looking and not revealing what he knows. Just as the man in question, the woman would believe that her "goodness" would be judged on the basis of how many men she's been with, and that alone would prevent her from giving the real figure.
If she's a good person, don't worry about how many men she's been with. I am not a virgin myself and hate it when a woman says I'm better or worse because I slept with these many or these few. I would believe that my "goodness" would depend on more than that. I wouldn't tell the girl how many sex partners I have had; I just would tell her that, if she's not happy with me as I am, she can leave me, because I can't change my past.
By the way, Oldersister: I understand that gays do have the problem you describe. The reason is, the anus is not designed to let things in, only out. It does become "loose".

Well pornstars have been with many many people and some of them use toys or in one case a football (haha) and I imagine that something like that definately would change the appearance. Vaginas, however, do come in "different shapes and sizes" just like penises. So if you think your girlfriends vagina looks strange, more than likely, its what she came with. I really dont think having 5 partners would cause her to look so differently "down there." I could be wrong, but that's my educated guess.

Does masturbating a lot change the shape of your penis? I mean, it's just so silly. There is no way that you can tell, just by looking at a girl, what her sexual history is. Unless she's been sleeping with men whose penises are bigger than BABIES, then you're not really going to see any evidence. Vaginas come in all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately, the small, hairless, white ones are the kind you end up seeing most, but I'd say every vagina is completely different.
