It wasn't my personal experience but if you are very excited and wet the pain may actually be a "good pain". It's like the bigger the sensation "there" the greater the pleasure. Some friends have told me it doesn't hurt that much while my experience was a hurtful one because of my age (a little older) and that I was very nervous and not very wet.
