In my opinion this is a very unhealthy situation to be involved in. Karma is a bitch sometimes and it always comes back to bite you in the ass...

 Generally kissing means a greater depth of feeling than even sex. That's one reason many prostitutes don't kiss their clients!
Hard to say what the guy really feels about you but you do need to be aware that your feelings are maybe being manipulated. Some guys know how to play girls. Good luck :-)
