 It is fine. Masturbation is normal, but try to not get involved in pornography to help you as that can taint a future relationship. If you need to masturbate too often, maybe you should just try to get involved in something else as a distraction. There are conditions, states of mind, where it could be called an addiction which is more of an obsessive habit rather than a desire for sex. This may be due to boredom or loneliness, so if you feel you are losing control and it is taking over your life, then it maybe that professional help is required.
