Does he like me even though he has a girlfriend?

I like a guy but he has a girlfriend and i want to know if he likes me too because it really seems like it. He sits next to me in my math class. We talk pretty much all the time. At school, he always stares at me and when im near hes all over his girlfriend and then looks around to see where i am. During class we play mad at each other and if he offends me he touches my hand and says sorry. like legit sorry. He always trys to make me laugh and it works. If he gets a problem wrong he gives me millions of excuses on why even though ive told him a million times its okay i understand. when im absent he says he missed me. he knows when i get annoyed i punch him so he purposly annoys me. he always talkes to me about personal things. i was the only other girl than his girlfriend he hugged at homecoming (it was a long hug). did i mention he stares at me all the time? and finally, today he started to talk to me about his relationship problems with his girlfriend and called her names and told me private things about what she's said. does he like me?
