writes: hi all i really like this guy i don't know what to do.we don't talk but now in class when he makes jokes the whole class laughs and so do i, then he looks my way-although now i'm catching him looking my way more(i won't say at me because i can't be sure if he's looking at me or my friends)..but i need some advice to know if he likes me or not or maybe he likes one of my friend..so plz i need some help to really know if he likes me. i am getting obsessed i think about him all day..what shud i do.. i need to kow if he likes me or not so i cud get over him...thx!  it could be that he is a real shy guy, that he really likes you and is to scared to ask you out.
In a way thats kind of sweet isen't it. Next time you catch him staring at you look at him and try to catch his gaze, then smile and look away.
If he returns your gaze this is your green light, i say you ask him out to the movies or something.

reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2007): I know how you feel. I too am into a guy and I too feel that I have become obsessed. But i'm not a brave person and I dont have the courage to tell him how i feel because i dont want to lose him.
I received a reply to my story saying that you should trust your instincts.
my story is labelled 'does he like me...? maybe he's shy'. read it, it may help.
