ok so, hope i can help.
1) Firstly, you could get some othe friends together, and maybe go bowling/cinema ect. Then casually ask her if she wants to join you. This takes the pressure of asking for an atcual date. Then if things go well, ask her out again, but this time just you two alone. The best place for this would probably be the park, cinema, or maybe ice-skating. Of maybe just a cafe or something.
2) If she likes you, she might laugh a lot at your jokes or look at you quite often, go red when speaking to you, light up when you are around, or be flirty.
So what are you waiting for? go out there and get that girl! remember if it doesnt go to plan, dont let it stop you from liking anyone else. Hope it goes ok.
