 No loads of people get colesores and it doesnt mean there cheating just means hes got sore lips. If there is any other things that bother you like texting or seeing other girls then worry until then you have nothing to worry about.

99% of the human population get colsores but there still are people who get it is he kissing another probably not he was probably born with it or possibly got it from a previous relationship so dont be too worried
