But one woman who works with him has told me a few times that he talks about me a lot in their office. Do you think that I might reasonably assume that means he is "interested" or is that possibly just him making conversation? it sounds like he fancies you if he talks alot about you. What does that girl tell you on what they talk about? If its all positive than i would say he's interested. why don't you just give him some eye contact and smile? what's so hard to give some signs that your interested also???

Yes and No. Depends on what's being said. If it's all good then he's interested.
