writes:I used to live near a guy until last year but he moved away. We would see each other quite often and things were flirty but no more than that. I saw him yesterday and he apologised for not saying goodbye before he left and how he had meant to call in for a coffee. I told him to do this sometime. He winked and said he would. Do you think he will? Part of me wants him to, part of me thinks if he was interested he would have done something by now. What do you think?

 I couldn't tell. Perhaps he was just polite. But, you are right: if he wanted to, he could have called you by now. Wait a little more and this will tell you what he has in mind. Don't contact him in the meantime.
