writes: Is sexual innuendo used more as a purpose to tell someone they fancy them or want them. I know that friends probably say it amongst each other comfortably but if a man fancied a woman enough to want to try and sleep with her, would he use it even if he had known her a few years and flirted from time to time.

If being around you makes him think about sex, then he is probably attracted to you. Try joking back and see what he does. If he doesnt respond you could always just say that you were trying to make a joke that he would get since he loves to talk about sex so much, but he will respond. Gutsy chicks are hot, so throw it out there!
