 This is always a tricky one, we've all been here right?! I would say, no don't always be available, you want him to see you've got your own life with your own interests. Wait a couple of days then call or text him and just say that you have a free weekend coming up and wondered if he fancied going out. If he says no then wait for him to contact you. Good luck!
