She wants to make this work out, I have already told her I love her, but I wrote a note telling her how I felt about her, how I think she's amazing and I want this to work out for us, and she wants it too but I don't know if I should wait to give it to her, or ask her if she wants it or just give it to her?

 you should follow your heart, somtimes your brain kicks in before and tells u the oppsit thing. but i think that if you love this girl so much and you have wrote the note already you should leave it for her, if this is truly how you feel, its nice for a girl to get a note from her partner telling her how he feels. just make sure its what you want. good luck hope this helps x
