I been texting him first for a couple of days now and he asked me out, we are suppose to be going for food sunday. We talked for hours last night he said he would text me today and that he really likes me but I haven't heard from him and now its like 6pm.Do guys wait to text a girl? I havent a clue lol im not texting him first tho, im used to guys txting me first all the time and he sed he would text me sooo, its prbz childish lol

 I HATE that game. As a female you don't want to send no more than 3 texts at a time because you don't want to look needy or psycho. You get so mad when you write paragraphs and he sends back "k"..Or you text him at like 5:30 and you don't get a text till 9:45.. Irks me too!
My husband did that crap to me because he isn't one for the phone. Then why have one, right? He also is easily distracted and had spotty service where he was located. Turns out I also had a problem in my area not receiving texts from friends or family members. Damn AT&T. If either of you have AT&T then that's the problem. If not it could be many of reasons...he doesn't feel like texting, he's sleeping, out with friends or family, working, doing a project, watching a movie, or his favorite TV show and he doesn't have much to talk about..the list goes on.

 Yup, it's childish. Honestly, I have no clue who should be texting who and all that garbage. That's exactly what it is, garbage. If he said he would text you, he will unless something comes up that prevents him from doing it. If he doesn't, and doesn't have a good reason, then maybe you're not that important to him. Or maybe, he doesn't like texting.
