 Certainly, most women in the Western world have orgasms if their partner is caring, loving and knowledgeable about such things. As usual, "satindesire" offers a great response. And I also think that you possibly mean "cum" to be an excretion of fluid during an orgasm.
If that is the case, then based on experience, it is my opinion that any normal woman emits some amount of female ejaculate during orgasm. With many, it can be a small amount that can easily go unnoticed. With most, it typically gets pretty messy down there, and includes a female ejaculate fluid similar to male semen. And then, some actually "squirt" the fluid.
