But i am just wondering do gay guys flirt with straight girls? And if he is gay, is it possible for him to be straight again after he has came out of the closet? (i dont know if he has or not)

 I've known a couple of women who were head over heels for gay men, and felt like maybe they could 'change' their orientation.
None of them were ever successful.
I remember one gay guy telling me "what do i have to do? Wear a pink tootoo?"
Some gay men are just very over the top, and huggy-huggy/kissy kissy with women (and heck, i've known a few that were that way with me, too.)
If he's gay, then there is practically zero chance of you two getting together.

 Of the gay guys that I know, they flirt OUTRAGEOUSLY with girls... they flirt with girls more than straight guys do I kid you not. As for changing somebodies sexual orientation, sorry but it doesn't work like that. Its not a switch that you can just flick.
