A male United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

ok so my girlfriend has broken our one year old relationship ...

she said she has started life practically and seriously and she sees me more of a friend now because her feelings have changed for me past couple of weeks...

i don't mind her breaking off with me but is her sentence of changed feelings justified? can it really happen with the person who loved you once upon a time ?

do feelings really change for someone who was so close to you?
