She dosn't seem to mind it when i sit next to her. she often sits near me, messes /plays with my stuff. and all her friends have told me that she dose like me.Well hopefully this is enough info.........I would love an opinion or two thanks.

If you're nervous about asking her out, then you could wait for her to, but she might be nervous as well. From everything you have said here, I think she definately likes you.

 If you like her, ask her out! What have you got to lose?
If she's the nice of enough girl that you think she is, she'll be nice about it should she not feel the same way. If she acts this way all the time, then I should think she does like you. Ask her out and find out!! We don't have the power of mind reading skills so just go for it!!
