Dude, you are watching too much porn.... most women do not "squirt" when they orgasm and most women don't have an orgasm during intercourse. Often it requires oral stimulation or gentle fingers on the clit. Not quite sure why there are so many video's being called squirting when they are simply peeing all over the place, not having an orgasm....I can't possibly figure out how that would be hot to watch or do, watching someone peeing...whatever...

A women's orgasm builds as a man's does and she will know when it's coming....it's usually that pronounced, but it often takes a while to build up. Her breathing will likely get heavier, and after she has the orgasm, she will likely have a very lubricated vagina.

Well I can speak from experience here!

I hope this will help. But from my own personal point of view, I have only 'squirted' or 'ejaculated' a couple of times and this has only just recently happened to me in my sexual experience (I've been sexually active for 13 years), it isn't an indicator of how good the sex is AT ALL.

It's simply as a result of a different form of simulation and a woman can orgasm with ot without squirting. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Some women can only orgasm through clitoral stimulation, a few (lucky) ones can orgasm through penetrative sex and if you practice your stimulation techniques on your girlfriend, she may well 'squirt' and/ or orgasm also.

Personally, it was manual stimulation of the G-spot that worked for me. My partner inserted his finger and rubbed the front wall of the vagina as far up as he could reach (careful of your g/f's comfort here). Imagine beckoning your girlfriend, curling your finger towards you in a 'come here' motion.... that kind of motion.

The most important thing is to just relax, don't put yourself under any pressure to perform, if your g/f wanted to change things, I'm sure she would gently suggest a new position/technique you could both try.

At the end of the day, we're not mind readers! Ask her if there is anything else you could try together as a couple. Maybe oral sex or more concentration on the clitoris? Tho' she may be perfectly happy to keep things as they are!

A female reader, YouWish United States +, writes (2 April 2012):

YouWish agony auntThe vast majority of women do not "squirt", and those that do aren't doing it using the same mechanics that cause men to ejaculate. With some women, the contractions squeeze on their Cowper's glands, causing the secretion of the Cowper's fluids.

However, less than 10% of all orgasmic women ejaculate regularly, and about 50-60% of women have had it done once. Usually, the ejaculation is more apt to occur with G-spot pressure and stimulation.

What it feels like to a man when using manual stimulation on a woman (I'm sorry, but I *hate* the word "fingering")? The clitoris gets hard as a bead, and then there are vaginal contractions, first close together, then less frequently, slower and slower as she "comes down".
