A female Australia age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I am really freaked out!

For the past few months my sex life has been really bad;I get horny and that but the sex isn't good anymore..I have also been getting strange, smelly discharge, abdominal pains, pain during and after sex and I don't seem to be producing as much wetness and instead of being all "wet",clear and sorta runny, its all white, smelly, thick and sticky.

I have had chlymidia before but last time I went to the doctors to sort this out, they said the results came back negative and couldn't find anything wrong.

I have also not had my period for the last 2 months and instead keep getting weird, brown discharge...

I am extremely scared!

HELP?!

Could be an STD but I had many of those symptoms when I had a uterus infection. I had the pain after sex (getting worse & worse) and stuff but never let it get near that bad. I also found out that I had a Cyst in my overy. But the uterus infection actually was spread from infection of other organs (after surgery) gone unnoticed for 5 years. The pain sounds like an infection, Discharge and smell all point to infection, if it is one it is cureable with antibiotics. Infection SPREADS! If it's an infection and you let it go on for too long you could DIE! Get to a DOCTOR NOW!!!!!!

Dear Poster

I can understand that you are worried, these symptoms are telling you that there is something wrong. The only way to know what is causing these symptoms is to visit your doctor; I do not want to speculate on what the possibilities BUT I do URGE you to see your doctor a.s.a.p. It is never good to take chances or risks with your health.

Consult your doctor, get the correct medication or treatment and avoid yourself further pain and discomfort.

You are stressing about this and are living with all these uncomfortable symptoms which will not go away on it's own, in fact it might just get worse if you don't get the right treatment.

Please seek MEDICAL attention.

I do hope you will feel better soon.

Best wishes and keep SMILING.

Tisha-1 agony auntYou need to get back to your gynecologist very very soon. Have you seen him or her in the last 2 months? The pains and stinky discharge are not good signs, I think.

I put "abdominal pain during sex" into this website, and what the suggested possibilities are tell me you need to see the doctor, like NOW.

Please don't wait, because being scared isn't going to help you. Getting prompt medical attention is your best course of action.

Good luck, I hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about!

Firstly, you should definately get this checked out by a doctor. It could be pregnancy, a yeast infection or another STI.

The longer you put off getting this checked out the worse the situation could become.

Make a trip to your doctor or health clinic to at least find out what's going on. Only then will you be able to find a solution.

Good luck.
