reader, anonymous, writes (28 January 2010): the bleeding you are referring to is called your HYMEN- this is a thin piece of skin that when tore can cause some vaginal bleeding. what they don't tell you is-it can happen at anytime and not just from intercourse. My daughter was hit in the crotch while on a see saw and guess what? blood in the panties. you probably tore it when you were younger by just sitting down too hard. No worries here, your fine.
