We lost contact from 2003 until Jan 2005 when the guy and I got in contact again. We met up, him and her and me, had fun but she did not join in this time. We phone and text each other all the time and I've fallen in love with him, but I don't know if I should tell him or not. Advice please.

Yes. You should tell him how you feel. You never know he might feel the same way about you. And if you dont tell him how you feel you might lose all contact for good this time. So take a chance what do you have to lose?
