 This doen not mean anything. Do not jump to any conclusions because there are all sorts of reasons why people look at one another.
If you want to get to know him, you can always ring him over the phone and ask him out, or ask him what he thinks about you?
But do not assume that just because some guy stares at you that there is automatically something sexual in it. It can mean that. But it can mean other things to.
