 Some girls can do it, most simply cannot. If you are about normal size, there is no danger of tearing tissue or anything like that, but allow her absolutely total control. If she can do it comfortably, which is fairly rare, you can release down her throat - it goes straight down. But my only "intoxicated" experience doing that was with one very big girl long ago. Most just permit a slow plunge or two, which is usually enough.

I don't think there is a risk of this... Not to my knowledge anyways and from experience of deep throating my other half nothing bad has come of it. Though one time I did puke up on his knob. Sorry for that info but it was an experience and we laugh about it. Your girlfriend may experience gagging (puke reflexes) - make sure there is lots of saliva to slide comfortably in and out.
