I'm a little underweight. I'm 13. When I eat I can't have more than 4 bites without wanting to throw up. Could this be an eating disorder? Or is it all in my head? Also, how can you gain weight in a proper, safe and reasonable way? OhI also sometimes pass out: I get super dizzy then blackout and then just fall. Could this just be dehydration? Please help!!! URGENT!

PsyCookie agony auntLike many of us said, you have to go seek a doctor. And please do it soon before it's too late. What you have sounds serious, but only your doctor can know that.

PsyCookie agony auntYou want to throw up because your stomach can't handle the food or because it's something you wish to do?

The reason why I think you pass out and black out is because of malnutrition.

You have to go and seek a doctor. He's the only one who can tell you what you have and based on your description it sounds serious. Also, the doctor will give you a chart of what foods to eat to gain weight if you ask him. Please go treat yourself before it's too late.
