 Make sure you have the condom the right way around, so that when it's put on you can roll it down over your penis. Hold the tip between your fingers (the "teat" bit at the end) so no air gets trapped in there. Then, place it on the end of your penis and roll it downwards, constantly holding the end. Make sure it's rolled all the way down before having sex.
When you've finished, pull out completely before removing it, then slide it off, tie a knot in it, wrap it up and put it in with the normal rubbish. DON'T FLUSH IT.
