Only 25% of women can get an orgasm just by vaginal sex alone. Try getting him to stimulate your clit while having sex (try positions so this can be done easily) :)
Making no noise is no problem; some people do and some people don't, it's just a matter of personal preference. Don't worry about it, it's whatever works for you :)
