writes:i had a baby 10 mnths ago with my boyfriend, long story short he was drinking alot and not treating me right when I asked him to talk to me and make things better he chose to leave me and his 4 month old baby. the last 5 months he has been involved in the babys life and has now said he wants to be with me and is willing to do anything. heres the question after he abandoned me I had met a truly nice guy, helped me emotionally and has been there for me. he has told me he loves me and is willing to wait until i make a decision. I think I still love my ex- and we have a child together do I give him a second chance or move on with the more mature stable man??

reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2009): you still have unresloved feelings for your ex. the fact that you both made a baby together binds you together forever. you are not ready for a relationship with the new guy. do not mess him about. if he is as nice as you say he doesn't deserve any hurt and pain, which you will inflict unto him soon.as for your ex it is just a matter of time before you two are back together. whether it will be for life only you two can decide. good luck
