 I suppose you can, just as you can from eating anything else, especially if you don't like the taste.
But the fluids of a healthy individual would not lead to any diseases.

 You can spread STDs through oral sex but the actual fluids themselves won't make you sick. Some women strongly dislike the taste of semen and you shouldn't make her swallow it, but she is fine health-wise to swallow. I has the possibility of upsetting her stomach, but so does eating french fries.
