Hmm well I found a website, don't know if it would be too graphic to post, since I looked it up because it made me wonder. Just google transsexual surgery, third one down (male to female surgery) should pretty much give you your answer. As far as feel-have no idea. It's not really the same muscular tissue that a vagina is made of, so I'm sure there's a difference. Smell or taste--highly doubt it. Their "vagina" can't produce natural secretions.

Well sometimes I hear you can't tell but if she is unshaven, I have seen scars in the corners of the pubic region near her stomach where hair will not grow. Appearance is a bit different, I don't know much else as I've only seen pictures. You can google male to female procedures.
